ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1993 and currently lead a team of seven. I've spent more than 33 years with State Farm and worked in banking before beginning my State Farm career. I'm a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where I earned my B.S. and was a quarterback, team captain, and four-year letterman. That experience helped shape the teamwork, discipline, and commitment I bring to the agency today.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Matthew Knizner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
