Healthcare Project Manager

*Description*

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and clinical application projects (small to large scale)
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
Partner with cross-functional teams including:

IT infrastructure
Application development/support
Clinical/EHR teams

Drive prioritization and execution across a large project backlog (90+ initiatives)
Implement and promote Agile principles and best practices within a traditionally waterfall environment
Develop project plans, status reports, and executive-level communications
Facilitate key meetings including:

Project kickoffs
Status updates
Risk mitigation sessions
Identify process improvement opportunities and help mature PM team capabilities
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulatory considerations

Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
