Bilingual Leasing Consultant Location: Frederick, MD Pay: $21/hour Experience: 1 to 2 years of residential leasing experience. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm HireOne Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Lease residential and commercial properties to prospective tenants, guiding them through the process. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns. Complete post-lease administrative tasks, ensuring smooth tenant transitions. Conduct property tours, providing detailed information to potential renters. Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a seamless experience. Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns and host events to attract and engage tenants. Position Requirements Bilingual in Spanish. Flexibility to work weekends as required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
