Opportunity– Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager & Estimator Amazing Professional Culture with Upward Mobility & Growth Opportunities Robust Compensation Package w/Competitive Salary, Generous Profit Sharing & Bonus Structure Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Benefits Company Vehicle–or–Vehicle Allowance PTO & Paid Holidays Opportunity will require experience as a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager & Estimator as well as: Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage time and priorities along with influence, lead & motivate others across organization. 8+ years or more experience in formal Estimating and Project Management–preferably in Heavy Civil Construction–with experience bidding and managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M++ 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field or with the equivalent work exp; PE license a plus. Knowledge in applications such as HCSS HeavyBid or similar, Agtek or similar, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, the Microsoft Suite, & MS Project. Confidentiality is held in the strongest regard. G.
