About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in an in-home sales role. You will meet with customers during scheduled appointments, understand their needs, present appropriate solutions, and guide them through the sales process from the initial conversation through closing and follow-up.

This is a full-cycle sales opportunity designed for individuals who are professional, organized, customer-focused, and interested in developing their sales skills. No prior sales experience is required. Training and support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled in-home appointments with prospective customers.
• Meet with customers in their homes and create a professional, comfortable experience.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs and goals.
• Present products and services and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Guide customers through the sales process from the initial conversation through closing.
• Follow up with customers when additional time is needed to make a decision.
• Manage your calendar and appointments to stay organized and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Build positive, professional relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience accepted.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work onsite and travel to scheduled customer appointments.
• Ability to conduct sales appointments in customers' homes.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Expected annual earnings: $65,000–$120,000 , depending on individual performance and sales results.

This position combines base pay with performance-based commission, providing an opportunity to increase earnings as you develop your sales skills and achieve results.

Work Arrangement

This position requires in-person appointments with customers in their homes. Reliable transportation is required for travel to scheduled appointments.
