This position will support the AfterSales Department with reporting and in-depth data analysis. This role reports to the Data Analytics Manager, AfterSales.Job ResponsibilitiesExtract, clean, merge, transform and compile data from various data sources, including relational databases, flat files, NoSQL databases and unstructured data using Python and SQL.Create and implement dashboards and reports in Tableau to share metrics and insights with team members and senior executives.Integrate Aftersales data from multiple sources to produce a single overarching view of the customer aftersales experience.Provide accurate, relevant, and meaningful ad-hoc analysis to management to support strategic and tactical decision-making.Develop new process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of our work.Create and present materials on data projects.Up to 5% travel can be expectedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field is required.5+years of applicable job experience, with a proven ability to make process improvementsExperience in creating executive/summary level dashboards and reports, integrating many data sourcesStrong understanding of advanced Tableau features and capabilitiesExperience with, or understanding of, programming (R, Python)Substantive experience working with structured and unstructured data, including relational databases (SQL Server), flat files (CSV), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)Must be a highly motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, high attention to detail and a solution-oriented outlookCandidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent general business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex topics concisely and clearlyPreferred QualificationsMBA or Master's degree in Analytics, MIS, or related fieldDemonstrable in-depth understanding of data structures and ETL processesFamiliarity with cloud storage like AWSExperience working with big data (Snowflake)General Description of all BenefitsAs a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401k with up to a 5% company match Fully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirement Comprehensive paid time off – minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days are provided with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick time Tuition reimbursement for continued education Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Paid short-and long-term disability programs Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.PACCAR is an E-Verify & Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability corporation.
