Registered Nurse - PRN Nights

Role Registered nurse providing high-level technical and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver quality care, ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, communicate effectively with patients and team members, and document patient information accurately and promptly. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least six months of RN experience. Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities; commitment to professional growth; proficiency in medication and IV administration; adherence to hospital standards.
