The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.What you will do:Manage and lead a team of 10-15 hourly associates in a 405k sq ft fast-paced warehouse environmentAssist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chainsEnsure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control managementEnsure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned areas of responsibilityAchieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvementLead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
