The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.What you will do:Manage and lead a team of 10-15 hourly associates in a 405k sq ft fast-paced warehouse environmentAssist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chainsEnsure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control managementEnsure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned areas of responsibilityAchieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvementLead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goalsEffectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associatesCoach, train, and mentor associates, allowing them the opportunity to grow and developConduct annual performance reviewsOur ideal candidate will have:2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing changeListening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate, and motivate others to accomplish goalsDemonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunitiesAbility to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while focusing on exceeding operational goalsStrong organization and multi-tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross-trained to do more where neededHigh School Diploma/GED RequiredIt's not required, but it would be even better if you have:Bachelor's DegreeLean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experienceSupply chain/logistics experience is a plus, but not requiredTechnical savvy (intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applicationsBilingual: English/Spanish a plusSALARY LEVEL$70,000.00 – $75,000.00 Salary is commensurate with experience and location.Saddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer, as required by law.
