Job Overview We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for an Italian Customer Support Agent | Courier & Delivery Services position in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to join the fast-paced Logistics & Supply Chain industry, providing high-quality support to clients within a globally recognized delivery network. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding their logistics and delivery inquiries. Monitor and troubleshoot shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector. Coordinate with international courier teams to resolve complex shipping, customs, or dispatch issues. Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication via phone, email, and live chat. Maintain accurate logs of client interactions and shipment data within internal management systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying recurring customer pain points. Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met, providing world-class support for the Italian market. Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Proficiency in English to effectively collaborate within our international team. Valid EU passport or a legal permit to work in the EU (mandatory). Previous experience in customer service or logistics and supply chain environments is highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
