The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall functional independence.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitationsDevelop and implement personalized treatment plansProvide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniquesMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programsMaintain accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teamsMust-Have QualificationsActive Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of New MexicoBachelor's degree in Physical TherapyBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationNice-To-Have QualificationsExperience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settingsStrong clinical and patient care experienceRequired SkillsStrong patient assessment and treatment planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong documentation and organizational skillsCompassionate and patient-focused approachEducation & CertificationBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)Active New Mexico PT LicenseBLS Certification (required)Work EnvironmentHealthcare / Rehabilitation settingPatient-centered care environmentCollaborative multidisciplinary team
