It utilizes an array of tools and ever-evolving technology to detect and combat risk, minimize the disruption of good spending, and provide a world class customer experience. The Digital Risk Products &Data Strategy (RPDS) team within CFR is the backbone of all risk decisions and help in building the digital software products for risk management across customer lifecycle i.e., Onboarding, Credit Underwriting, Authorizations, Collections across card & non card business globally.As a part of this team, you’ll work with the industry’s best talent to create thoughtful and innovative risk products that advance our market share and the way we do business. If you are interested in building the innovative digital risk products, can translate our business needs into remarkable solutions and if this energizes you, you should consider career in Risk Products team.ResponsibilitiesJob ResponsibilitiesImplement business logic and rules to address risk management needs.Collaborate with Risk Strategy, Technology, and Product teams to build and enhance products.Drive global, reusable, and configurable design, rule authoring, testing, integration, and product launches using low-code tools.Work within a Scrum team to design, develop, test, and implement business logic.Develop strong understanding of the API landscape, architecture, execution models, rule logic, data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.Troubleshoot execution and production issues using logs, complex JSON payloads, API request/response data, and execution outputs to identify root causes and drive resolution.Understand API capabilities and boundaries, including data storage, performance, resiliency, error handling, monitoring, dependencies, and SLAs.Partner with Technology teams to resolve defects, improve production stability, and enhance API and rule execution.Identify and implement product and process simplification opportunities.Deliver prioritized functional and non-functional roadmap commitments on time and with high quality.Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort, accelerate troubleshooting, and improve time to market.QualificationsQualificationsAbility to drive project deliverables and achieve business results in a collaborative environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn quickly and independently navigate complex and unstructured initiatives.Customer-centered product development experience working with global business and technology partners.Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, API testing, execution models, logs, system integrations, and troubleshooting techniques.Ability to understand business/rule logic, technical architecture, data flows, and system dependencies.Knowledge of SQL, Java, MS PowerPoint, and Excel.Knowledge of Python, SAS, Hive, Yellowbrick, Postman, or similar tools is a plus.Experience with prototyping, iterative development, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.1–2 years of experience in product development or a related field.
