Regional Operations Manager, Correctional Health

Rutgers University is hiring a Regional Operations Manager UCHC SWSP & BSP. The role involves implementing procedures and workflows to ensure efficient logistical and administrative services delivery within Department of Corrections facilities, supervising UCHC staff, managing operational plans, collaborating with DOC administration, and leading performance improvement initiatives. Highlights Supervise facility operational plans and proactively implement enhancements. Generate data reports and manage procurement and distribution of supplies. Ensure operations comply with National Commission on Correctional Healthcare guidelines. Collaborate with Quality Improvement/Performance Improvement teams and DOC administration. Manage administrative workflow, including hiring, training, supervising, and terminating staff. Conduct staff meetings and complete annual performance evaluations. Required to hold a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience. Valid New Jersey driver's license and vehicle required for travel between sites. On-call duties 24/7 and approval by the Department of Corrections necessary.
