Personal Lines Insurance Agent

Personal Lines Agent - New Business Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a team. This role focuses on quoting, binding, and servicing personal insurance policies while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients secure the coverage they need. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days in-office and one day remote per week. Compensation Package Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available Responsibilities Quote and bind personal insurance policies. Process endorsements and handle client coverage inquiries. Conduct account reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage. Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow the personal lines book of business. Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and objectives. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a P&C insurance role. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
