About the Role Our client, a forward-thinking real estate group, is seeking a creative and results-driven Property Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for their diverse property portfolio. This role, based remotely but with a focus on properties in and around Tembisa, Gauteng , is responsible for enhancing property visibility, attracting prospective buyers and tenants, and driving sales. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and market analysis to craft compelling campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven ability to deliver measurable marketing results. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand perception and market positioning of properties in the Tembisa area. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various property types (residential, commercial, etc.). Create engaging marketing collateral, including property brochures, flyers, social media content, and website copy. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive leads. Oversee the content calendar and social media presence for the company and its properties. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, and emerging marketing trends. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and key insights. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives. Organize and manage property launch events, open houses, and other marketing activities. Maintain up-to-date property listings on various online portals and the company website. Stay informed about new marketing technologies and strategies relevant to the real estate industry. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation. Proven experience in real estate marketing is highly desirable. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
