Clinical Support Manager

Allen's Healthcare is seeking a motivated professional to join our team! The Clinical Support Manager provides leadership and support for the operations of our emergency psychiatric services. They provide clinical guidance to program staff, and also provide direct care coverage to our clients on site and in the community. By joining our strong team, the Clinical Support Manager will collaborate with hospitals and community providers to provide stability while supporting recovery. This is a full-time management position with a competitive salary. Primarily evening shifts. This position will have limited weekend and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications : Master's Degree in a mental health discipline, Independent clinical licensure, and three years' experience working with mentally ill populations. Experience in crisis or inpatient settings preferred. Expertise beneficial in the following areas: youth and families (CBHI); substance abuse; wellness and recovery; crisis intervention; supervision. Desire to work with a team, strong leadership, communication skills, and computer proficiency including ability to work with electronic health records required
