Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Jackson, MS

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and meet sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives in assigned territory
• Develop and implement call plans with pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to optimize customer coverage
• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding needs, handling objections, and achieving win-win agreements
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease states, and customer landscape with internal teams
• Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to maximize brand performance with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business field preferred
• Minimum five years industry experience; three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector preferred
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge with strong business acumen
• Proven sales track record with solid presentation and customer engagement skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Healthcare industry representative credentialing eligibility and good standing status
