What You'll Do As a Remote Client Care Coordinator , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout their experience. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients through Zoom, phone, email, and other virtual platforms Educate clients on available benefit options and answer questions clearly and professionally Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment Assist clients with applications and required documentation Schedule and manage virtual appointments Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development What We Offer 100% Remote Work Work from anywhere in the United States while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote career. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
