Select Specialty Hospital – St. Louis North is seeking a Telemetry Technician to monitor patient alarms, verify rhythm interpretations, and collaborate with RN staff in a fast-paced post-ICU setting. This full-time day shift (7a-7p) offers $20–$24.38 hourly depending on experience, with orientation and the opportunity for growth within a nationwide network of Select Medical facilities.
