• Full cycles sales, manage the entire process from prospecting, signing to account management
• Customer centric focus

Skills

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Competitive mindset – performance driven
• Broad & deep level of experience within the automotive retail industry
• Demonstrates leadership and entrepreneurial traits with a “get- it-done” mentality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for teaching and motivating others
• Disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule independently
• Proficient with technology, Excel, Word, Slide Decks & CRM
• B2B experience in outside sales is a plus, but not required
