Shift: 2nd shift (6PM – 6AM)
Compensation: $35-46/hr (based on skill and experience)

Facilities Maintenance Technician — High?Impact Manufacturing Role
You’ll be the go?to problem?solver keeping a fast?moving automotive manufacturing facility running smoothly. This role blends hands?on maintenance, construction, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work — perfect for a skilled trades pro who likes variety, autonomy, and making an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• Facility Maintenance — Tackle routine and emergency repairs, keep building systems in top shape, and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
• Construction & Repairs — Support in?house projects: framing, drywall, finish work, plus coordinating contractors when needed.
• Electrical Systems — Diagnose and repair circuits, lighting, and controls while ensuring everything meets code.
• Plumbing & HVAC — Maintain water systems, drainage, and keep HVAC running efficiently year?round.
• Safety & Compliance — Follow strict safety protocols and document work to meet regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Experience — 3+ years in facilities or industrial maintenance with strong multi?trade capability.
• Technical Skills — Troubleshooting, blueprint reading, tool proficiency, and solid communication.
• Certifications — Electrical, HVAC, or plumbing credentials are a plus.
