Senior Estimator

Client: Established General Contractor with a dynamic team focusing on commercial, office, municipal, and sports projects up to $50 million. On Offer: Senior-level ownership across full preconstruction lifecycle Direct client and design team engagement Leadership of estimating work teams and scope assignments Involvement in value management and constructability reviews Opportunity to influence bid strategy and budget outcomes Responsibilities: Establish and lead estimating work teams Attend client and design meetings Develop bid strategies and subcontractor solicitation lists Ensure full scope coverage across all trades Utilize BIM for quantity takeoffs Deliver constructability reviews, system analysis, and value management Compile, combine, and review all takeoffs and pricing Lead tab sheet reviews and support subcontract negotiations Assist operations with job cost budget development Manage turnover and transition meetings Develop owner deliverables including estimate summaries and clarifications Support RMP processes including preconstruction forecasting and reviews Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of industry experience Experience managing preconstruction budgets and client expectations Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software Working knowledge of Autodesk software Ability to utilize BIM for quantity takeoffs Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
