Lead Enterprise Payments and Receivables Strategy Consultant (Hybrid)

As the Enterprise Payments and Receivables Strategy Consultant with American Family Insurance you will serve as our subject matter expert for premium collection and customer refund payment capabilities. You will advance enterprise payment strategy, governance, compliance, vendor partnerships, modernization initiatives, and payment-related risk management. You will work closely with Treasury, Billing, Technology, Customer Experience, Digital, and Compliance functions. You will provide strategic guidance and payment expertise to support business initiatives, improve payment capabilities, and ensure enterprise payment solutions remain aligned with evolving industry standards and customer expectations.You will report to Senior Manager, TreasuryRelocation will not be provided for this role.#LI-HybridPosition Compensation Range:$88,000.00 - $145,000.00Pay Rate Type:SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
