Lawn Care Inside Sales

Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls, texts, and website inquiries from homeowners Provide accurate estimates and help customers choose the right programs Follow up on leads and close new business Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers during off-peak times Identify opportunities to expand services (mosquito, perimeter pest, tree & shrub, etc.) Support marketing efforts including promotions, text/email campaigns, and seasonal offers Maintain organized and accurate records in our CRM system Work closely with our team to deliver a 5-star customer experience Compensation & Opportunity Base Pay: Hourly based on experience Commission and performance bonuses Expected earnings: $60,000 – $90,000+ Leadership opportunity to help grow our sales department Direct impact on company growth and marketing direction Advancement opportunities as we continue to expand Why Turf Pride?
