Real Estate Attorney - Foreclosure Litigation (218/o)

Expanding full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with mortgage foreclosure litigation experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working contested and uncontested files including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials. Candidates must possess a Florida Bar License and have a minimum of 2-4 years of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience. This position is onsite the firm’s Boca Raton, FL office.
