Tax Manager, Private Client Services

A organization in the K12 education space is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own and develop a multi-state territory (Nebraska and Missouri). This role is focused on building strong relationships with school districts, driving engagement, and expanding partnerships that support hiring needs. This is a field-facing role with a clear focus on results. The individual in this position will work directly with district leaders, HR teams, and administrators to understand their needs and position solutions that lead to increased teacher placements. Key Focus Areas Build and maintain relationships with school district and charter school leadership Act as a trusted partner to support ongoing hiring and staffing needs Manage and grow a defined territory with clear performance goals Drive consistent outreach through meetings, calls, presentations, and events Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new ones Collaborate internally to convert leads into placements and long-term client relationships Travel Approximately 20% travel is expected to meet with clients, attend events, and stay visible within the territory (Nebraska and Missouri). Background Experience in sales, account management, or client success with a track record of meeting goals Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Ability to manage a territory independently Experience in K-12 education, particularly individuals who have transitioned from teaching into a client-facing or sales role, is highly preferred.
