Customer Service Specialist

Overview Lutron is seeking an innovative and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our Serena Inside Sales and Services team . In this role, you'll deliver exceptional support to homeowners and professional dealers, guiding them through product education, selection, quoting, and order coordination. You'll work alongside a customer-focused team, helping drive the success of our Serena and Caséta shade solutions through outstanding service and meaningful customer interactions.
