Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking an Assembler to join our team and connect water softener parts to build a final water softener unit. This role requires ensuring all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will work with a small, laid-back crew of 5-7 people, and rotate tasks daily throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Assemble water softener parts according to schematics and instructions.

• Ensure all parts fit correctly and meet quality standards.

• Lift and maneuver products weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Collaborate with a small team to complete daily assembly tasks.

• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

Essential Skills

• Great manual dexterity.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics.

• Attention to detail.

• Basic math skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience.

• Inventory and shipping experience.

• Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 60 days of hire.

• Good attitude and team player.

Work Environment

Work in a comfortable environment that is not climate-controlled, but does not get very warm. Enjoy the flexibility of wearing comfortable clothes, including shorts, with only safety glasses required for PPE. The facility is organized and smaller in size, promoting a close-knit team atmosphere.

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
