Commercial Relationship Manager

Role: Commercial Relationship Manager focused on healthcare clients, responsible for developing profitable business and managing a portfolio of companies with annual gross sales between $10MM and $500MM. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new client relationships through industry events and referrals. Deepen existing relationships by collaborating with internal partners and conducting strategy review meetings. Enhance client experience by providing tailored banking solutions, including loans, treasury management, and capital markets services. Analyze financial statements to assess creditworthiness and partner with credit teams to manage risk. Maintain regular client contact to ensure needs are met and relationships are strengthened. Utilize CRM systems for activity tracking and pipeline management. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic relationship plans. Ensure credit and portfolio management guidelines are followed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or related field, with 10+ years of commercial banking experience, including healthcare sector expertise. Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and commercial products. Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in partnership with investment bankers and capital markets advice.
