Project Coordinator

Staffing Coordinator The Staffing Coordinator supports ResponsAble Safety Staffing field jobs as part of the Project Management team. The team provides logistics management, recruiting support, field supervision, data collection, and reporting for numerous jobs at customer sites across North America. Department Project Management Location Baton Rouge, LA Key Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and making recommendations for candidate selections. Provide logistical support for the mobilization of field staff for jobs. Coordinate travel plans such as flights, ground transportation, and hotels for field employees. Communicate with employees regarding job details (e.g., start and stop dates, specific locations, access requirements). Ensure employees complete proper training and obtain certifications necessary for their jobs (e.g., Required Safety Council courses). Review field employee timecards for accuracy to ensure accurate payroll. Compile data and support the preparation of reports to clients regarding project performance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and disposition. Valid driver’s license. Experience with industrial work requirements. College degree preferred. Must pass background check and drug screen.
