Marketing CoordinatorJM Test Systems is a multi-division metrology, testing, calibration, repair, electrical safety, and certification company serving industrial, utility, and energy customers across the U.S. and Canada. Through equipment sales, rental, calibration, onsite testing, and electrical safety lab services, we support the contractors, utilities, EPC firms, and OEMs that keep critical infrastructure running.The OpportunityEngineers, plant managers, and field technicians who keep critical infrastructure running rely on JM Test Systems. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help tell that story and generate demand across our equipment sales, rental, calibration, onsite testing, and electrical safety services.In this role, you will help execute multi-channel B2B campaigns, from email and web content to paid ads, SEO, and tradeshows, and track what's working using GA4, CRM, and call data. Based at our Baton Rouge headquarters and reporting to our Marketing Director, you'll also own the day-to-day operations of marketing: tradeshow logistics, promotional inventory, sales collateral, and requests from our sales team.You'll thrive here if you enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, are curious enough to quickly learn industries like oil and gas, utilities, and chemical manufacturing, and love turning technical topics into clear, compelling content.Key Responsibilities & Outcomes· Create content that connects. Draft web copy, emails, case studies, spec sheets, and social posts tailored to industrial buyers, from engineers to procurement.· Run email campaigns. Build and execute segmented email campaigns and automation flows in Klaviyo by customer type and product line.· Grow our digital presence. Support website and WooCommerce content, landing pages, SEO, and paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn to generate leads.· Measure and improve. Track campaign, social, GA4, CRM, and CallRail data, and turn the numbers into clear recommendations.· Own events and tradeshows. Plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, and webinars, including logistics, lead capture, and post-show follow-up.· Partner with Sales. Work with sales and division leaders to align messaging with field priorities and keep collateral organized and up to date.· Keep marketing running. Manage promotional items and inventory, handle day-to-day requests, and maintain brand consistency across all materials.What You Bring· Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.· Required: 2+ years of marketing experience, including supporting tradeshows or field sales teams.· Required: Strong writing skills and the ability to make technical concepts clear for customers.· Required: Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar), CRM data, GA4, and basic SEO.· Required: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint and Excel, and basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.· Required: Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
