Sourcing: Headhunt top-tier talent in Accounting, Finance, and Legal sectors using LinkedIn and networking. Closing: Manage the interview process, negotiate fees, and close high-stakes deals. Compensation: This is a full time 100% commissioned position. Salary will depend on experience! Who You Are Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience: 0–5 years of professional experience (perfect for recent grads or those with sales/HR internships).
