Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Seeking a registered nurse leader to oversee unit staffing, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate with advanced practice providers. Responsibilities Include Assigning, educating, monitoring, and evaluating nursing/support staff during shifts. Assessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignments. Evaluating care effectiveness and addressing issues affecting patient outcomes. Responding to patient care concerns and providing input on staff development. Maintaining safety and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensing. At least one year of registered nurse experience. Relevant professional licenses and certifications, including BLS and ACLS or equivalent. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform routine patient care tasks. Additional Requirements Ability to communicate effectively via speech and vision. Occasional patient lifting and movement. Availability for night shifts.
