Accounts Receivable Associate Full Time Clerical Norwalk, CA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 2432 Salary Range: $23.00 To $25.00 Hourly Accounts Receivable Clerk Description: Maintains accounts receivable records. Takes appropriate collection action on accounts more than 30 days old. Reconciles and deposits all monies received by the dealership. Duties and responsibilities: Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, consisting of service deposits and parts receipts, including charge cards, on a daily basis Reconcile and process daily credit card deposit Receipts all monies received from vehicle sales, checks for money due, and provides drafts for dealer signature. Files all cash receipt records, check stubs, and bank receipts Enter finalized cash receipts and update receivable ledger Research and process bad checks for collection Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable clerk in a dealership High School Diploma or GED required, specifically proficiency in Excel Basic Accounting knowledge Microsoft Office experience required, specifically proficiency in Excel Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results Team-oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, Background check, and pre-employment drug test Valid Driver License Professional Appearance Good Customer Service Skills We promote a workplace of integrity and respect.
