We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team and play a key role in managing daily payment processing activities. What You'll Be Doing

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process ACH payments through the online payment system with a high degree of accuracy.

• Process and reconcile credit card transactions.

• Enter payment information from checks, emails, and other sources into company systems.

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

• Assist with accounts receivable activities and payment-related inquiries.

• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

• Navigate multiple software programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience processing ACH and/or credit card transactions.

• Previous accounts receivable experience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.

• Ability to manage a high-volume workload, processing 30-60 transactions daily.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.

• Experience in a fast-paced accounting, finance, or administrative environment.

• Hands-on experience is valued; formal education is not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
