Job Description
The Line Cook - Fryer is an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing quality foods and desserts primarily through fryer operation. Working within a small to medium-sized team, you will ensure efficient food preparation and uphold food safety and kitchen sanitation standards during day and rotating shifts.
Schedule
6am-2:30pm
open to working weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate fryer equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality control throughout the cooking process
- Adhere to kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
- Pack items accurately and promptly as needed
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support inventory restocking and rotation on a weekly basis
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fryer operation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Skills in kitchen equipment maintenance
- Strong time management and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
- Effective communication skills
- Bilingual capabilities
- Packing Experience
