Head of Growth / Senior Growth Manager

You'll lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement at Cello, a remote-first GTM platform. Reporting to the CEO, you'll own the full funnel—from campaign strategy through closed-won—while building the automation systems and tracking infrastructure that power it all. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, and directly impacts how the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute integrated campaigns for product launches, category events, and funding announcements that drive pipeline.
• Build and optimize the demand generation funnel across paid, owned, and earned channels, tracking metrics from first touch to closed-won.
• Run the GTM10 Awards end-to-end and activate community opportunities for distribution and brand building.
• Scale the micro-influencer program by partnering with GTM practitioners, VCs, and software operators.
• Design and automate the growth engine using Claude, Cowork, and integrations that connect HubSpot, product data, and marketing channels.
• Set up tracking and reporting infrastructure so the team understands what's driving results.
• Develop product marketing positioning, launch plans, and customer stories that sales teams actually use.
• Create battlecards, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, content/SEO, partnerships, design, and sales teams.

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years in high-growth B2B software environments, with direct ownership of content, growth, or demand generation functions.
• Proven track record running demand gen and content programs that generate measurable pipeline.
• Strong technical fluency with marketing automation, data, analytics, and CMS tooling (Framer, Webflow, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools; familiarity with Cowork, skills, and plugins.
• Background in PLG, referral, or word-of-mouth motion.
• SEO/GEO expertise.
• Excellent design sense, sharp copywriting across formats, and proficiency in English.
• Organized, autonomous, and comfortable holding technical conversations with engineering.
