Familiarity with device architecture specific to audio wearables, including acoustics, miniature sensors, components, system software, silicon, and digital signal processors (DSPs). Background in software development, including apps and services, and embedded systems in power-constrained environments. The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world. Curate product definition and communicate hardware and software requirements for Pixel Wearable devices. This includes synthesizing a variety of insights through discovery and concepting while also driving decision making on nuanced product tradeoffs informed by key user journeys, technical insights, and product strategy. Own and manage the entire product lifecycle from product concept and definition through development, launch and end of life. This includes collaborating with engineering and many support teams across Google. Influence the product line strategy and roadmap including long-term goal, user segment insights, technical innovation, market trends, and platform capabilities.
