With 850+ global consultants, VARITE is committed to delivering excellence to its customers by leveraging its global experience and expertise in providing comprehensive scientific, engineering, technical, and non-technical staff augmentation and talent acquisition services.Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)Contract Duration: 12 months (Possible Extension)Pay Rate Range: $50.00 - $56.33/hr on W2DutiesDrive execution of events and activities throughout the year that support ***'s global wellbeing and benefits strategy.Liaise with internal stakeholders relative to ongoing engagement and activities, including GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security and Employee Resource Center.Participate in collecting and evaluating data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standards.Document, update and maintain, all program collateral; both internal and external.Answer and resolve any escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendor or internal client facing roles.Responsible for collecting content for quarterly toolkits for U.S. and global teams.Partner with Employee Communications and external Communication Consultants on the delivery of employee communications related to programs and activities.SkillsDemonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementationStrong project management, problem-solving skills and attention to detailMust be comfortable with ambiguity and employ self-direction to accomplish the task at handAbility to prioritize work and execute many projects and tasks in parallelStrong organizational and time management skills, and capable of thriving in a fast paced environmentMust have good interpersonal and facing skills and ability to influence decisionsComfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones often via email and video.Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsProficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday, Service Now, and experience with case management tracking solutionStrong MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint skills desiredEducationBachelor's Degree and/or other evidence of exceptional ability5+ years' experience effectively managing communications, engagement and onsite event activities.BenefitsHealth Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement Plans: Participation in a company-sponsored retirement savings plan.Legal Service Plans: Offering access to attorneys for legal advice and representation.VARITE is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
