You’re the individual contributor who opens doors across the western states, leads solution-focused conversations, and closes deals that genuinely move the needle for engineering and manufacturing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Grow and maintain a healthy customer base within your territory.
• Run business development presentations via in person meetings, phone, email, video, social media, and more—then close impactful, consultative deals.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM to keep momentum visible and measurable.
• Lead sales meetings and report sales performance to the management team with clarity and insight.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of selling experience (no retail).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with 3D technologies—CAD software (SOLIDWORKS) and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) is ideal.
• Curiosity and aptitude to learn new technologies, products, and services.
• Software as a Service (SaaS) experience and/or knowledge is helpful.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and prior CRM experience preferred.
• Understanding of sales and marketing concepts; strong phone and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel about 20–30%.
