Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology

Job Details:
• Full-time gastroenterology hospitalist role covering two facilities: Sacred Heart and Holy Family
• Weekday coverage 8am-5pm with no nights or weekends required
• Minimum 14 shifts per month with guaranteed 8 hours per day
• 5 patient encounters per shift in inpatient setting with potential outpatient procedures
• Must have completed GI Fellowship and be board certified
• Active Washington state license or IMLC required
• DEA registration required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Perform upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeders
• Conduct diagnostic ERCP, esophageal dilatation/manometry, and manometry interpretation
• Perform small bowel biopsies and lower GI endoscopy including sigmoidoscopy
• Execute colonoscopies with biopsy and polyp excision capabilities
• Flexible and rigid sigmoidoscopy experience required
• 90-day credentialing timeframe
• Opportunity to perform outpatient procedures if desired
