Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 8+ years of experience.
- Strong experience of Guidewire Billing Centre development experience
- Experience supporting production payment related issues and Billing Center implementations
- Strong experience in level Gosu development skills
- Strong experience with Guidewire configuration including PCF configuration rules type lists data model extensions batch processes work queues plugins messaging and integrations
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
- Experience debugging complex transaction and payment processing issues
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
- Functional Knowledge in Cash Management, Payment Processing, Money Application, Unapplied Funds, Delinquency Management, Direct Bill
- Functional Knowledge in Agency Bill, Payroll Deduct, Accounts Receivable, Invoice and Billing Lifecycle Management
- Support production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
