Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Salesforce Developer to support mission-critical applications and participate in the development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, OOP, design patterns, SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce, .NET, SQL, and end-to-end web development .

The candidate will participate throughout the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce .
Develop scalable solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and established design patterns.
Work with Salesforce configuration, SOQL, CRUD operations , and application integrations.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Support integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
Perform application development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and production support.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers.
Work independently to drive development activities from requirements through implementation.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Work with system integration teams to support knowledge transfer and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex .
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) .
Experience with Salesforce design patterns .
Experience with Lightning Pages and Visualforce .
Strong knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce CRUD operations .
Experience with .NET OOP and SOA .
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with end-to-end web application development .
Experience working across the full SDLC .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and abstract-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks .
Experience with enterprise application integration.
Experience mentoring junior or less experienced developers.
Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical applications.
