Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities and keeping operations running efficiently. This position oversees workflow, inventory, material movement, and production readiness to ensure each station has the work and supplies needed to maintain consistent output. The Production Supervisor will monitor production closely, address delays or bottlenecks as they arise, and work alongside management to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the continued growth and expansion of the factory. Key Responsibilities Receive and organize incoming materials, supplies, and production components Maintain accurate and organized inventory records Monitor daily production schedules and keep each station supplied with sufficient work Recognize production bottlenecks, delays, and workflow problems and take action to resolve them Work with management to develop and implement improvements to production processes Help ensure production deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met Coordinate and communicate production priorities between departments and employees Assist with inventory counts, material organization, and forecasting future material needs Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives that support factory growth Provide guidance and training to production employees when necessary Monitor production performance and provide regular progress updates to management Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability Able to work effectively with both production employees and management Preferred Traits Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Interested in developing professionally and growing with the company Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and production demands Proactive and capable of performing well under pressure Team-focused with the ability and desire to take on leadership responsibilities Compensation and Schedule Full-time position Compensation will be determined based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
