Quality Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $28.00 to $32.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 06:30pm )
- Inspect internally manufactured and supplier-provided parts, materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections using standard measuring tools, drawings, and tolerance requirements.
- Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and support inspection-related document control processes.
- Partner with production teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve nonconforming parts while ensuring adherence to manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a strong floor presence as a quality auditor, participate in training and quality initiatives, and work alternate shifts as required (10:00 AM-6:30 PM or 2:00 PM-10:30 PM).
Quality Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, machining, or a related industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, blueprints, and tolerance requirements.
- Proficient in the use of inspection and measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other quality equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including staggered or late schedules.
- Steel Toed Boots Required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
