Life Care Centers of America in Colorado is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a PRN caregiver. You will provide quality nursing care, monitor patient status, and support multidisciplinary teams while maintaining Life Care standards. Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting changes, and supervising CNAs as needed.
