Job Title: Rental Field Service Technician Location: Dulles, Virginia Shift: 1st Starting Compensation Range: $35.00 - $49.94 per hour Minimum of three years’ relevant heavy equipment field experience is required to be eligible for the $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Candidates with less than 3 years’ heavy equipment field experience are eligible for a $2,000 sign‑on bonus. Bonuses are made in two equal installments at 90 days and 180 days of employment. The Rental Field Service Technician applies basic mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance and repairs to Caterpillar and allied rental equipment in the shop and at customer job sites; applies troubleshooting techniques and determines proper repair procedures; prepares parts requisitions.
