ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Inventory Manager is responsible for assisting the GeneralManager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performance metrics and ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store.This role is responsible for ensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees Conduct inventory audits and any cycle counts required in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager Perform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine, initiate, and execute subsequent corrective actions Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations Maintain professional working relationships with business partners Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma required Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilitytoupholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilize telecommunicationdevices Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces A ccurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs. ; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl) Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORK SCHEDULE

Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
