What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Deliver training for new hires and existing employees, including cross-training on job safety analyses, job instructions, emergency operating procedures, standard operating procedures, and other technical aspects of plant operations
- Ensure employees understand and follow safety requirements, operational procedures, and company policies while performing their assigned work
- Assess employee proficiency through structured evaluations to confirm employees are properly trained and capable of performing required tasks safely and effectively
- Complete and submit required training documentation, including signed training checklists and proficiency assessments, to the L&D Specialist and L&D Manager
- Partner with Training Leads and L&D leadership to identify training needs, support gap analysis, and determine appropriate training plans for new hires and existing employees
- Support additional training initiatives and operational training tasks assigned by the L&D Manager or Training Lead based on evolving business needs
What Makes You Great
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical degree preferred
- Two to four (2–4) years of experience in manufacturing, operations, technical training, or workforce development
- Experience training employees on operational procedures, safety standards, or technical processes
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to evaluate employee performance and document training progress accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing training documentation and records
