We're looking for someone who can deliver great service, build real relationships, and confidently recommend the right coverage when clients need more protection. This is not a cold-calling grind - most opportunities come from our existing clients and inbound activity.

What You'll Do

Take care of our clients

• Answer client questions by phone, email, or in person
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
• Explain coverage in plain English (no insurance jargon overload)
• Help with billing questions and basic claims guidance

Grow the book (without being pushy)

• Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities during service conversations
• Conduct friendly coverage reviews with current clients
• Quote and bind new personal/commercial policies (based on your license)
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Partner with producers to support new business

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable learning agency systems and quoting tools

Compensación: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
