Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment. Strong customer-first mindset supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift. Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills. Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and consistently align with company values. Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed. 2+ years of food service or retail management experience required. Physical Requirements Stand – Continuously. Walk – Continuously.
